Bursting Blueberry Ice Cream Moothie
Blueberries are a super fruit, so this is a marriage made in heaven. Serves 4.
200g blueberries
2 scoops Jersey or Guernsey ice cream - chocolate or vanilla
Jersey or Guernsey milk, chilled
Save a few blueberries to garnish, and put remainder into blender. Add 1 scoop of Jersey or Guernsey chocolate or vanilla ice cream and 125ml of Jersey or Guernsey milk. Blend, then add extra Jersey or Guernsey milk to taste (the less you add, the thicker the Moothie will be).
Pour the mixture into a glass and float the remaining blueberries on top. |
