Orange & Honey Milk
200ml Jersey or Guernsey milk
1 teaspoon clear honey
A couple of drops natural orange essence
Orange zest
Heat the milk in a pan until it is almost boiling
Pour into a mug and stir in the honey and orange essence
Sprinkle the orange zest into the liquid and head to your favourite cosy corner
